Clients are carefully screened prior to the start of our program with a comprehensive medical screening, laboratory testing, and electrocardiogram. We have a three-part program.

Phase I is Foundation, the weight loss phase. You can lose 25 pounds per week. During this time, you are supervised by a physician, as well as a behavioral therapist and dietitian.

Phase II is Transition. During this phase, our staff supports your transition from the program back to a lifestyle that allows you maintain your new weight.

Phase III is Your New Weigh! Our staff helps you to fully transition from the program, but patients still attend group classes 1-2 times per month to ensure they stay on track.

Throughout the program, your weight and blood pressure will be monitored regularly. Laboratory analysis will be performed periodically. We will make adjustments in your medications as needed. Clients who are on diabetes, cholesterol, and blood pressure medications may require decreases in dosages as they lose weight and develop healthier habits.

Our program’s goal is for every client to keep the weight off long-term.
